Research Summary |
The programme studies population ageing from a political science angle. The premise is that population ageing takes effect on the political behaviour of citizens, of the media as well as of the political elite. Generation cleavages possibly emerge and play important parts in the Hungarian and European political processes. Generations may get in conflicts with each other in lobbying, at the distribution of well-fare provisions, in offline and online public spaces. |
