Szabó Gabriella 2017. augusztus 29. és szeptember 1-e között részt vesz az Európai Szociológiai Társaság 13. konferenciáján. Az eseményre panelt szervezett „Continuances and discontinuances between the past and present of the radical right discourses in Central and Eastern Europe after the collapse of the communist regime (RADHISCEE)” címmel, illetve prezentációt tart „The collective memory as socio-semiotic resource. The case of the radical right’s discourse on the Hungarian Uprising of 1956, 1990-1998” témában. A panel és az előadás a Politikai kommunikáció, 1990 – 2015 kutatáshoz kapcsolódik (kutatásvezető: Kiss Balázs).
